Zero stars for attitude. Whoever worked at around 1am, late night of Aug 28/29 '13, has a real attitude problem. If only the drive thru is open, then maybe say "Only the drive thru is open." Instead of "HEY! DRIVE THRU!" Then further misunderstanding during the transaction. I had the exact change prepared based on what the digital display read when I pulled up. He YELLS to me, "2.64!!" I had given him 2.31. I merely said, as I'm getting the correct amount, "oh, sorry, that's what it said when I pulled up." He continues to explain, in a loud and whiny tone that it was from the previous customer. Yeah, I get it, jerk-off. I'm getting you the additional 33 cents. SHUT UP! I wish I could be such a jerk to everyone in every foodservice/customer service job I've had. That's 15+ years of work. I have NEVER had a job where that type of attitude would be ok. 2 stars bc I was trying to have an ice cream cone, which is supposed to be a happy occasion. And I did have my happy, once I was clear of that dude's attitude.

Waited 7 minutes at the counter to be greeted while the employee saw me and continued sweeping. Rude service, Indian cashier was extremely hard to understand and snappy. Would not come back.

Horrible location, abysmal customer service. I will never go to this store or chain again. Oberweis is so much better in every way. I tried to order a one scoop sundae and asked if they could add sliced banana. I said I was fine with an up charge. The woman came back clearly annoyed and said something about ordering a banana split and that it would be over $5. I didn't want a banana split, since when is adding some slices of banana rocket science? I said I'd pay more to get what I wanted and she refused and said she could not make it. I was about to drive away when I changed my order to a scoop of rocky road on a sugar cone. Drive up to pay, two women are all flustered trying to fill my complicated order. They hand me a scoop of rocky road in a cup. What a mess for such a simple order. Never again will I come here, never again.

Rude employees, take forever to make coffee drinks, screw up orders. I take fault in going there more than once even after I've had horrible customer service but it is close to my house. I will have to go to another location for this one sucks.

When your eyes feel like concrete in the middle of summer, falling asleep in a puddle of your own drool sounds temptingly refreshing. Luckily Dunkin' Donuts offers a better way to beat the heat and drowsiness of the midday slump without sacrificing your dignity or wallet. For just a dollar you can indulge in any size iced coffee or tea from 3-6pm. If you're not one for frills and enjoy a classic, cool coffee, this is the best bang for your buck. I would recommend staying away from adding sugar or any artificial sweetener, though. Since it is not stirred in while the coffee is hot and it takes longer for sugar to dissolve in cold beverages, you could end up with a delicious sip of java accompanied by a grit crunching between your teeth. Either skip the sugar or add the ice on your own once the sugar has dissolved, so you don't end up with a watered down product. With this kind of deal America really can run on Dunkin' (even during a recession).

Dunkin donuts does certain things well, like donuts and coffee. What's not done well is the new promo on Lattes. It looks like a latte, but doesn't taste like a latte and where the heck is the chocolate sauce pictured in the advertising?? That nice criss cross pattern, I've had two lattes in one day from here. One in the AM and one in the PM. Made by different guys and both were bad. DD leave the lattes to Starbucks. Just make your donuts and bow-ties awesome and allow the smells to linger in your stores.
